How should I wash and care for my Skin of Nature?
We recommend washing cold and hang dry or use a low heat setting in the dryer. This will keep the fabrics and shape of the garment intact, while also reducing your energy consumption. Good for your clothes, your wallet and the Planet. You can avoid ironing your clothes as they tend to not wrinkle at all and as soon as you’ll wear them they will look perfectly smooth. Saves even more energy and your time!

How do Skin of Nature clothes fit?
Our fabrics have good elasticity so we recommend sizing down for a more hugging sensation or sizing up for a more relaxed fit. Check our Size Guide for more or drop us a text at hello@skinofnature.co. We’re always happy to help!

When will my order ship?
We typically ask for 1-2 business days for our team to pack & ship your order. However during holiday weeks, your order will ship within 5 business days. If you want to double-check on your order status, send us a note at hello@skinofnature.co.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so we’ll do our best to help you with any changes or cancellations before your Skin of Nature order takes off. Send us an email as soon as possible at hello@skinofnature.co.

Where do you make your products?
Currently, we manufacture in Jinjiang, China in our partner’s factory called Santic. We often visit and meet with our partners up to the yarn spinners, meaning tha we know exactly where all our materials come from and how they are made. Santic’s factories are BSCI audited and respect strict social and environmental compliance standards. We don’t have many suppliers which means we can ensure transparency and actually build good relationships with each of them.

Are your materials/fabrics sustainably sourced?
We work with professionals to develop high quality, functional and eco-friendly textiles. We use certified recycled polyester for the majority of our fabrics and we partner with companies that recycle discarded plastic bottles, turn them into PET chips and spin them into yarns that are just as good as virgin polyester ones. We keep our fabric cuttings, samples and defected items and will turn them into trims and accessories in our next creations. For example our hangtags are made of dead stock fabrics and can also be reused as elastic bands, bracelets or yoga mat straps. Visit our About page to find out more.

Is your packaging sustainably sourced?
We pack our products inside 100% recycled polyester poly bags with anti mould properties. Our mailers are made of recycled cardboard, non toxic inks and glues and even our tissue paper is recycled.

Why is my discount code not working?
Make sure the discount code you are trying to use is designed for new customers, has a purchase amount minimum, or an expiration date.

How do I add a discount or promotion code?
You can add it to your order at checkout. Enter the code in the discount code box and your total will reflect the new amount. We allow one discount code per order. If you have more than one discount, keep one for your next order or send it to a friend! Discount codes are only applicable to "discountable" items.

How often do you restock products?
We drop new items throughout each season and we aim to keep “Iconic” styles in-stock year round while “Special” colors and styles may or may not be restocked. On the product page, select your size and color to join the waitlist — we’ll send you a note if that style will comeback!
